Just like Glinda told Dorothy when she gave her the final instructions to return home, we all have the power within us.
We all carry that part of us that wants to do well,

So rather than clicking our heels wishing for home, there are other things we can do to go to that place we would rather live more often. Here is where hypnotherapy comes in. It is achieved by tapping into our highest selves, our place of feeling good about ourselves and what we can accomplish.
Through hypnotherapy one can go into a relaxed state where the subconscious mind is open, willing and ready to release limiting thoughts and feelings and then accept more positive ways of thinking and feeling.
